Where is the Collaborative Care Clinic located?
We are located on the first floor of Ann Kampeter Health Sciences Hall (northeast corner of Cherry and Kimbrough) on the Missouri State University campus.
Where do I park? How do I obtain a parking permit?
Parking is available in front of Ann Kampeter Health Sciences Hall (Lot 37), in Bear Park North, or south of Kampeter (Lot 35).
Parking permits will be sent to you by mail or by email when services are scheduled or may be obtained at the front desk in the Collaborative Care Clinic. Please be sure to display your permit on the dash of your vehicle.
What do I do if I need to cancel or am late for my appointment?
Please call us at 417-836-5275. For cancellations, 24-hour notice is encouraged. Your service provider will discuss specific policies.
How much will it cost? How will I be billed?
Fees and billing methods vary by service; please talk with your service provider.
How will graduate students be involved in my appointment?
As a teaching facility, graduate students will be involved in all services. You may be seen directly by a licensed provider, or the license provider may be supervising the appointment. Talk with your service provider directly to understand the nature of your appointment.
Do I have to be an MSU employee to be served at the Collaborative Care Clinic?
Our services are open to the community, whether or not you are affiliated with the university.
